Bill is the co-founder and President of Vision Golf Management. He is a Class A member of the PGA of America with over 14 years of experience in private, semi-private and public golf operation management. Bill began his wide experience in amenity management at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, and most recently at the Bonita Bay Group, a Bonita Springs based developer, for 10 years, serving as a Senior Manager with that organization. His experience involves the management of multiple course operations as well as new course construction. Bill was an integral part of the team that established the Bonita Bay Groups amenities management division, which manages golf clubs and community association operations for Master-planned communities throughout Southwest Florida. Bill also served as the Director of Golf for Bonita Bay Club, a 1,500 member club with 90-holes of championship golf. Bill is a graduate of Indiana University. He and his wife Heather have three children.
Simon is the co-founder and Vice-President of Vision Golf Management. Simon's extensive experience in golf began in 1980 at the renowned Turnberry Hotel and Golf Courses in Scotland where he grounded his skills in playing, teaching and management. His career spans around the world including stops as a member of the professional staff at Shoal Creek, in addition to serving as Director of Golf at facilities in Holland and Germany.In 1994, Simon joined the executive team for the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail where he served as Director of Golf at Silver Lakes and Oxmoor Valley. In 1997 Simon joined The Bonita Bay Group as Director of Golf at Bonita Bay Club and in 2000 as General Manager of the Club at TwinEagles in Naples. Simon most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Limestone Springs, an Honours Golf managed facility located near Birmingham, Alabama, with responsibilities for other courses in the Southeast Region. Simon has three children; he is a member of both the PGA of America and the British PGA.
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has over 20 years experience in club and corporate finance. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the Vision Golf Management portfolio. Bill has over 12 years of hospitality/golf industry and HOA experience, including operations and finances for multiple course properties and multiple course management operations. His background includes serving as the controller and purchasing manager for the Bonita Bay Group, which manages club and community association operations for master planned communities throughout Southwest Florida. He has extensive experience in IT and network operations. Bill played baseball as a pitcher for Louisiana State University and received his B.S. in Accounting.
Director of Agronomy
Joe has over 22 years experience in the maintenance and agronomic management of high quality golf facilities. He has experience at both private and high-end daily fee facilities in addition to experience managing multiple course facilities. As a member of the Vision Golf Management team, Joe has directed the construction of 7 golf courses and has been actively involved in the development of numerous golf course communities throughout Florida. Joe has extensive experience in the strategic planning, budgeting, and is a member of the GCSAA, FGCSA and FTGA. Joe is a graduate of the University of Florida.
